Design and deliver an exclusive pre-seed event for Ray-Ban Meta, bringing together a handpicked guest list of creators, press, influencers, and talent ahead of the summer festival season. The goal being to seed the new AI smart glasses through a hands-on, premium experience that will inspire guests to wear, use, and share the product organically across key cultural moments.

The Bigger Picture

Hosted at an exclusive private members club in London, the event was designed as an immersive, high-touch experience. We delivered the full guest journey, from physical and digital invitations to seamless on-site registration and concierge-style care, ensuring every touchpoint felt smooth, elevated, and on-brand. The space combined pre-seed gifting, product demos, live DJs, branded cocktails, nail art stations, interactive props, and content capture moments, all curated to spark creativity, connection, and authentic brand love.
