Senior Creative Event Producer

You oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of each event, ensuring everything runs on time, on budget, and to brief. You turn creative concepts into reality by managing budgets, timelines, suppliers, client communication, team responsibilities, and all the logistics that bring an event to life from initial planning through to on-site delivery.

As the main point of contact for clients, you steer communication and define roles and responsibilities, keeping everyone aligned and the project moving forward smoothly. You’re a proactive problem-solver managing risks, staying calm under pressure, and troubleshooting on the fly.
